Nick relies on his management expertise and almost 25 years of litigating and resolving complex legal disputes to lead a firm that provides quality service and results.
Nick’s clients range from large corporates and privately-owned businesses to individuals. He is known for his practical and genuine approach to client service. He ensures his clients are fully aware of their options and that they are equipped with the knowledge and understanding they need to confidently make informed decisions.
Nick is experienced in areas including:
- commercial work for small and medium-sized enterprises, including company and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency advice and workplace discrimination
- personal injury work, focusing predominantly on sexual abuse and workcover claims
- family law, with a special interest in complex property cases involving businesses, companies and/or trusts.
Nick’s senior role in the firm sees him strategise with other lawyers and clients on how to best present each case. This often requires Nick to think outside the box – a skill gained from years of working in law. He believes that a good lawyer needs to get to the heart of a problem quickly and work harder than their opponent.
From an early age working in his family’s small business, Nick always aspired to become a lawyer. He earned his law degrees at Bond University in Queensland and at the University of Melbourne.
In his free time, Nick enjoys sport and confesses he’s a passionate supporter of Collingwood Football Club and Melbourne City FC. He also restores classic cars and motorcycles, surfs, and enjoys travelling and relaxing with his wife and children.
