Thomas McCredie

Tom enjoys practicing across a range of areas but he’s particularly focused on personal injury matters including sexual abuse as well as commercial litigation, corporate transactions and employment law.

Tom is known for building strong relationships with his clients in order to fully understand their needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University and a Juris Doctor from RMIT.

While studying his law degree, Tom worked at the Fair Work Ombudsman where he advised employers and employees on the Fair Work Act. In 2011, he joined Lennon Mazzeo Lawyers as a paralegal.

Tom was admitted to practice in 2014 and moved to London two years later. While there, he gained experience at two international firms working across private client and corporate transaction matters. He returned to Mazzeo Lawyers in 2017.

He volunteers at the HIV/AIDS Legal Centre, mentors law students at RMIT and is co-founder and an active member of a local book club. He appreciates spending time with family and friends, surfs when the waves are good, and can often be found working in his garden.

Tom is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
